9/5/17 Our class is tasked to prepare breads and desserts for an event at CCC. The Culinary II class is assigned the appetizer and main course. On this date our class began baking the breads. We prepared biscuits, Parmesan bread twists and baguettes. Also, for the class, we made Pullman loaves. It was a busy day. All three breads would be placed in a baskets together for a variety for the guests. Chef Summers told us: you just wait, they will be talking about our breads and dessert!! Chef and class volunteers prepared Key Lime Pie on 9/6.
