11/13/19 Turner Street Market Biscuits

Turner Street Market is located in downtown Beaufort. Open 7 days a week, we offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. For my Work Based Learning experience, I have been baking here since September.

Today I tackled their signature biscuit with wonderful results. There biscuit version is square, quite big, and rustic in appearance.
Dough is formed into a square and cut into 16 pieces
