The 2 French Chefs, 2 Sommeliers, and 1 Wife

10/11/17 to 10/15/17

Carteret Community College hosted renowned French Chefs from Northern France for 10 days in October. From 10/9 to 10/19 the Chefs interacted with CCC Culinary students, local high school students, and local Escoffier Chefs.
